Fascia is a fluid filled network of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ and bone in our bodies. The fascia effects blood flow and when it becomes stagnant it becomes tight, stiff and limits our mobility.

We use myofascial release techniques to relieve tension and pain and to create more ease throughout the body and mind.

Our work is also informed by the chinese and auyervedic meridian systems and we incorporate this wisdon of acupressure into each session to help bring the body back to a more balanced state of being.
